Amacx Announced as 2026 Nutrition Partner

We are pleased to announce that Amacx, a sports nutrition brand trusted at the highest level of endurance sport, has come on board as the Official Nutrition Partner for the 2026 Otter TERREX Trail, presented by EasyEquities. Amacx combines science-backed formulations with a genuine passion for sport, giving athletes simple, effective fuelling before, during and after effort.

The strength of Amacx lies in its consistent carbohydrate formulations, developed to be gentle on the stomach and free from artificial colours and fillers. This makes for a fuelling system that matches the priorities of runners who want performance without compromising on comfort out on the trail. Amacx’s involvement extends beyond product, with the brand on the ground throughout race weekend to guide runners preparing to take on the Otter’s river crossings, cliffside climbs and grassy finishes.

“Amacx is proud to partner with the Otter TERREX Trail, presented by EasyEquities, a true bucket-list trail run, along one of the world’s most spectacular coastlines,” said Maia Nangle, from Amacx South Africa.”The Otter demands preparation, resilience, and the right nutrition to see it through. We’re excited to fuel runners at every stage of their journey, from the start line to the finish, and we can’t wait to meet everyone in the race village and welcome them at Munchie Point.”

Amacx’s fuelling system, spanning its Turbo Line, Energy Line and Recovery Line of drinks, gels and bars, will be available to test pre-race, as well as at Munchie Point on route. The line-up gives runners a straightforward fuelling strategy to lean on, so pacing nutrition becomes one less thing to think about on a course that already demands total focus.

For the Otter, this partnership means another layer of support for runners taking on one of the toughest courses around, backed by a brand that shares our commitment to getting every last detail right. We’redelighted to welcome Amacx to the Otter family and look forward to seeing runners fuelled and ready to conquer the trail come race day.
