I  just want to thank you and the team for a wonderful day. I really enjoyed the run – the route was superb (I much preferred the scenery and terrain of the 1st half-3quarters to the final section along the cliff paths, even though the view from up there was beautiful!). But it takes much more than a beautiful route to make an event successful and enjoyable and I really felt that the Magnetic South Team did a fantastic job. All the marshals and check-points on the route, safety at river crossings etc. were slick and organised. ALL of the people I came across really behaved as if it was their privilege to be there looking after us – what a pleasure to have such a warm and friendly (not to mention well-organised) reception from the whole team. And the goodie/ food bag arrived at just the right time – I felt like a kid opening a Christmas Stocking!! Before and after the event as well – everything just seemed to work well and it really came across that you guys seem to love what you do. I was so tired after the run that I fell asleep and missed the prize-giving – so I am sad I missed that – it must have been great – but I will always remember how much I enjoyed taking part.

So, a BIG thank you to you and the team for a wonderful escape. I am sure that I am not the only one looking forward to another fine event in the future.
